Our department (and probably others as well), are having issues not receiving "Relay" Outlook messages. See below example:
When we check the box and send an email all of the emails that go to OUTSIDE the company "Relay" messages that are sent to our inbox are not being received. It is imperative for our department to receive these as this is information we are required to have for our client. This is not the first time this issue has arisen.
