"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Will you see the benefit of distributed switches for four Hosts?

It's quite a small installation, are you going to grow this in the future, to more hosts.

Also are your comfortable in using VDS, compared to vSwitches?

I would stay stick with vSwitches, unless you start to grow your Hosts.

I would start with VDS, if you are happy with the technology and understand it fully.

One should be adequate at present.
