FDISK /GDISK

I tried to use SUPER FDISK on my Windows 7 machine it would not load, it had the following error : Bad or missing Command Interpreter : 8 - /P /E : 256.
I have no problems using this on a windows XP machines. Also i have come accross GDISK, could someone explain how to use and where it can be downloaded.
