Missing Menu Option (Home/Window)

The ribbon menu option (Home/Window) does not display even though when I check that it's turned on under Customize Ribbon it all looks OK.  See attached screendump.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

That is because you are viewing the document windows as tabs, so there are no window options to use.

You can go back to the regualr windows view by going to File->OPtions->Current Database. Near the top is the "Document Window Options" which will be set to tabbed documents. Change it to overlapping windows, close and reopen the database and the Windows button should appear.

Thank you, absolutely perfect.  I have only just re-subscribed to Experts Exchange as I've got a new job after being unemployed for 9 months.  So it's good to have EE once again as my only ACCESS resource.  This version (2010) is definitely different than past versions!
Yes, 2010 is quite different - when I switched my users over to Office 2010, I told them that the 20% of  tools they use 80% of the time will be somewhere on that ribbon. Lots of stuff has also been moved to the options area so you could be forgiven for not being able to find it. Good luck with your new job.
