Share Calendar on Room Mailbox In Outlook 2010 on Exchange 2010

I've created a room mailbox, and assigned Full Access permissions to a specific user account - this user wants to be able to have the calendar appear in Outlook, and then be able to Share the calendar out to users.

The calendar appears in Outlook, however the Share Calendar, Publish Online, and Calendar Permissions options are all greyed out.

In order to enable these options, you need to open the calendar mailbox in its own Outlook profile.
