Oracle 11g 32bit ODBC driver not showing on MS ODBC Administrator Drivers List

I initially installed Oracle 11g 64bit client on my Win7 machine, but found it didn't work with my 32bit Crystal Report.  I then removed the 64bit client, install the 11g 32bit client.  The problem I have now is the Oracle 11g ODBC driver does not show up in Microsoft ODBC Administrator Driver's list.    I tried remove/reinstall the client multiple times, still no luck.  Any idea how I can get it back?   Thank you.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I just wanted to add the supporting documentation:

For 32Bit ODBC DSNs, you need to run the 32Bit ODBC admin.
