Good place to find Cisco freelancers

Hi, I am NOT trying to solicit users / post a job here but am curious where one might go to find a good source of freelance Cisco folks?  I have posted to Craigslist & Guru.com.  Guru yields a million folks from India (post says local only) & Craiglist has done little if anything.
Thank you.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Possilby place an ad in your local newspaper under the help wanted section?  It's not free but it shouldn't cost too much.

Also look in your area for any computer groups, clubs or professional IT organizations.

Are any tech guys reading the paper these days?  What do you think?

If somebody is looking for work, then yes, I do.  My job is going to be eliminated in the next couple of months and I am looking at ALL resources no matter how archaic they may be.

Do You Have a Trusted Wireless Environment?

A Trusted Wireless Environment is a framework for building a complete Wi-Fi network that is fast, easy to manage, and secure.

Are you on linkedin?  http://www.linkedin.com/

I'm getting quite a few job notifications that are in my area of experience by notifications from that site.

How is your network admin job being phased out?

Outsourced.  The whole IT dept.  We've known for about 2 months and have 2 months to go.  We are getting a decent severance package so I'm not too upset.  Just using this time to get my certs current and get lots of lab/practice time.
