Terminal Services Manager disconnects user

Our server is a Windows Server Enterprise 2008; on Terminal Services Manager when I try to connect to a user, the user can see me trying to connect and he clicks on accepts. As soon as he does accept; it immediately disconnects the user. I want to be able to connect to the users machine without disconnecting the user so that they'll be able to see what I'm doing.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
