Antiquated web page needs a coding fix - HELP!

I did a site in 2008, and recently needed to make a revision to the home page.  As you can see the 'table' that include the images with a light beige background should have that same light beige background.  However, it is picking up some code that is turning the background dark.  Can you help me to fix this?  I'm attaching a link to the page so you can visually see what I'm referring to, the code from Dreamweaver, and an image of how it should look.

The image is how the page looks in Dreamweaver, which is obviously not transferring to the actual page.

If you can give me a direct fix for this, I'd be eternally grateful.
