I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There is a NETLOGON error 5719, I followed the link you sent, everything is working fine.  But give it a week or so, it will happen again, I had to reboot the server, then it will be good for another 1-2 weeks...thx

One thing you can try is disable all non Microsoft services and run it for a bit to see if there's something third party causing the problem.  I've called Microsoft professional services a few times on problems with a DC and that was their first step of troubleshooting:

Start > run > msconfig

Services tab, click the box to hide all Microsoft services.

Click disable all.

I'd also go to the startup tab and disable all items that are not critical to system operation.  Because it's a domain controller, you likely don't have many items in there that are critical, though look for any raid controller software or things of that nature that you would want to leave enabled.

Reboot the server and observe over the next week or 2 to see if the problem comes up again.
