"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Run this command.

Export-Mailbox -Identity “Administrator¿ -IncludeFolders “\Sent Items”, “\Deleted Items” -StartDate “3/22/2005¿ -EndDate “10/15/2011¿ –DeleteContent

This command can be edited if you do not want to specify start and end date or any folders.

You can also open the administrators account in outlook, open the inbox and press ALT-A to select all, then holed the SHIFT key down and click DELETE. If should receive a warning that you are permanently deleting messages, click OK.

You can right click a high level folder, click delete and send it to the deleted items folder. Right click it and select Empty deleted Items.

Hope this helps!
