Exchange Server 2007-Administrators Mailbox

I have a SBS 2008 server, with Exchange Sever 2007. The bulit in administrators mailbox is 1,443.8. How can I delete all of these massages quickly?

Thanks in advance.

Run this command.

Export-Mailbox -Identity “Administrator¿ -IncludeFolders “\Sent Items”, “\Deleted Items” -StartDate “3/22/2005¿ -EndDate “10/15/2011¿ –DeleteContent

This command can be edited if you do not want to specify start and end date or any folders.

You can also open the administrators account in outlook, open the inbox and press ALT-A to select all, then holed the SHIFT key down and click DELETE. If should receive a warning that you are permanently deleting messages, click OK.

You can right click a high level folder, click delete and send it to the deleted items folder. Right click it and select Empty deleted Items.

Hope this helps!
