Hello,

Have you tried entering the username in the format DOMAIN\User?

JJ
I guess it depends on how you want them to login?  In the Exchange Management Console you can set this for OWA doing the following:

yes the same result.  this just started last week with the users.
Use this one for 2010:  http://exchangeserverpro.com/exchange-server-2010-outlook-web-app-authentication-settings/

They are pretty much the same.

Is this issue happening to all users?  Internal and external?  Can the domain admin login to OWA fine?
It seems that only 3 users are having this problem.  All my other user can access OWA just fine..  Nothing was change do you think this could be an AD issues?

thanks
no just to 3 users and it happens both internal and external. not sure what you mean by domian admin loging into OWA, can you help

thanks
Domain admin (default administrator) just if this was happening to all users.  This way you can weed out permission issues.

Did these users have it before?  Is the Outlook Web App Enabled for these user mailboxes?

yes they did have it before and I've  check and yes outlook WEb App is enable on the mailbox.

thanks
Try reseting their password and see if that helps.  I am just thinking possible expiration or defect
