How to disallow to send emails to BCC in Exchange 2010

Hi Experts out there,
how can I prevent my users to send emails to a BCC address? Our CEO dont want, than an email is send to another adress the other receipients dont see.

Is there a possibility with a Transport rule or another way to do this

You can remove the BCC field by using a group policy or customizing the view menu, but there is no option to disable.

For the GPO can I use the ADM / ADMX File from Microsoft?

And what is about OWA and ActiveSync Clients, it should be dissallowed also

You may try to transport rule. it should be work for all the client connectivity
