Outlook 2010 Auto Complete

I have Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2003.  My users auto complete file has become unusable more than once.  Is there a way to back it up?  I am able to get it to work again but not recover the data.

I do have data in AutoSuggest... can I help them out by getting this info into auto complete?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
