Have a user on a Q10 reporting the following issue.
"Good morning ...virtually every morning I have a synching issue with my BB, emails are flowing fine all day but stop overnight. To start mail flowing again I fix it by a combination of resetting the Hub, sometimes 2-3 times, resetting BB, only when he send several new emails to myself after some time they start to flow....sometimes it take 30-40mins."
He is connected to a SBS 2011/ Exchange 2010 server via ActiveSync on the Q10, and has a S3 and iPad configured on the same Exchange Account to the same exchange server and these devices are working fine 100% fine, both sending and receipting as they should. All other users on iPhone's are fine too.
Apparently its running latest firmware V10-4181, I don't have any other users on Q10 so looking for any advice as it point to an issue on the device.
