Make Pivot data 'Stick'

in my data I have dates that age items. 0-5, 6-15, 16-30, 31-90 and 91+

I have Source codes that show me which client has paid/not paid.

i.e.

BNIFCOAR	  
0-5  	6,370.60 
6-15	  326.00 
31-90	  450.00 

BNUFRINO	 
0-5  	  825.00 
6-15	1,021.00 
16-30	   71.20 
91+ 	   56.00

What I am trying to do is make it return the following:

In Pivot Table Options I have 'Empty Cells show '0'
