How to charge web viewers for online streaming

I have a client who would like to stream an amateur football game live.

Due to the costs of the project, he would like to charge each web viewer a couple of euros to cover the costs ( of camera men, equipment, labour for working unsociable hours, streaming license fees, website editing, publicity, redundant hardware, etc.)

Any advice on simple direct simple methods of collecting a few euros per viewer?

As the event is on a Sunday, there would be no one around to dish out passwords or tokens, it would need to be able to run on its own, receive payments and provide access.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I would go for a third party service like this:

Thanks you very much for that.

Does UStream offer an opportunity to bill viewers?

Do you know of any other means of charging for viewing streamed live games?
