The title says it all. I am looking for a way to set a data retention policy via exchange for our Lync IM conversation folder.
We are running Exchange 2010 SP3 and Lync 2010.
Also, how do I do this for all users, instead of setting each individually?
I should also say the more details in a how-to the better because I am still very new to Exchange, please forgive.

Thank you for any help you all can provide
