Internet Explorer issue - Page cannot be displayed

Users at one of our offices get intermittently get "Page cannot be displayed" when going to most websites. Their workaround is to go to ADP.com (Which is in their trusted sites), which always works. After that they can go visit any websites.
As far as I know other offices are not seeing this issue. Any ideas?

Have you attempted to use another browser?
Have you reset internet explorer settings?
Cleared cache, cookies website data?
What version of internet explorer are you using?

Perhaps of help

Intermittent problems are among the hardest to fix.  Can you see any factor that is common to the times when the problem occurs?  Is it always the same site which cannot be accessed?  What happens when you retry a site which could not be accessed on the first try?

Thanks Guys. Looks like the issue was that DNS forwarders were pointing to servers that were no longer around.
