powershell different console different user

When I run powershell normally I get the nice blue background and nice text. If I have to use powershell as as different user (SHIFT + TAB + right click) I get a different background color and font size etc. How do I make all of them the standard default? Thanks.

Edit the profile file %windir%\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\profile.ps1 (This profile applies to all users and all shells) and update the following code...
$a = $Host.UI.RawUI
$a.BackgroundColor = "DarkBlue"
$a.ForegroundColor = "Yellow"
