Is their a way to find out which computer is used by the user's account.  In other word User account John Doe is assigned too and uses Computer  ABC123.

No there is no way to do that.  You would have to query the event logs to see what computers they used.

On the Account tab of a user account you can use "Log On To" if you want to restrict them to a computer.

In windows 2012 there is the primary computer feature  http://windowsitpro.com/windows-server-2012/leveraging-primary-computer-feature-windows-server-2012

That is more used for roaming profiles/redirected folders.

There is no direct way to check the same if auditing is enabled you can check the DC event log to track the same. You can also use thrid party tool (PSLogggedON or ManageEngine )or script to check the same.

Currently Logged On Users to domain

I think one simple way to accomplish this is to implement a logon script like below

Which domain user has logged onto which machine

Hope this helps

you may run the inventory software in your network. you can find the who are all using which computer, which network, and which subnet also.

This is an also a good solution to get the information like which computer is logged with which user account at what time and what changes he has done
Question has a verified solution.
