I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Do you need disk 2?

I have it on sky drive

I needed to use drive 2 in some cases that's why I kept it.

Figured it out.  Install was asking for location of two files, I just pointed the install to the system32 folder on another server that SNMP was already installed.

Well you beat me to it by a minute. I was going to tell you to copy these EXE, DLL, and MIB files from an existing SNMP enabled server (c:\windows\system32) to yours first. Then it won't ask for a CD. So if you want, you can give me points!!!!   :-)

And more mof files and dlls are needed.  I'd add
snmpreg.mof
snpmsmir.dll
and others from the wbem and snmp subdirectories.
