WSUS and Office SMTP Relay Configuration

Just migrated my onsite Exchange to O365 and that is working great.
I followed steps to setup an internal SMTP relay to sent notifications from WSUS and other devices, but I cannot get it to work.

How do I configure WSUS to use local SMTP relay.

I will try link one this time.  I have already done link two and smtp relay was set up,  but how to configure things after that is my issue. ,

If you are using the second set of instructions, you need to specify the login details for Office 365 account that has a valid Exchange Online license aplied.

Check the IIS SMTP logs for any issues, you can also run a message trace on Office 365 side to check for any errors there.
