Windows Security service not starting

I was troubleshooting a Windows 7 Home Premium desktop today and removed several virus's and malware. I ran Malwarebytes to remove the malware but the Windows Security Service service is not starting. Is there a software program I can download to find the bug that is keeping some of my "services" from starting at start up?
Thanks,

You should have a look at the Windows Application and/or System Logs for any useful Warning/Error entries that could give you any help.
Usually there's no bug involved. Infected systems might have some of their system files modified and even if you remove the infection that action does not restore the system files to their previous state. Run sfc in order to inspect system files.

It seems like running ComboFix took care of the Windows Security Center service. From the picture in the link in the above comment from sushil84, it has the service starting "Automatic, delayed start". That didn't completely fix the computer to the way it ran after delivery of the custom build. It seems to be running slower. I know that over time that can happen because of junk, broken files, temp. internet files, etc. But this is not just that. There seems to be a different problem. Example: It takes longer to open IE, download a file from IE, longer time than normal for the window to open asking me to run, save, download. I just can't put my finger on it.
I am Microsoft Certified w/four different certifications so I do know little bit.

I ran a chkdsk on C:drive and that didn't seem to do anything. The specs on the desktop I am having a problem with are attached.

Did you run sfc?

yes I did along with CCleaner and a few others. Since the days have gone by I do not remember exactly what it was I ran but it is running much better to where I am satisfied with being able to return the PC back to the customer. Thanks to everyone for there input.
