Terms of a syntax while working with Excel formatting

What means in terms of syntax, the following snippets of the script, especially that is in the parentheses?

foreach ($objItem in $GenItems2){
        $Sheet1.Cells.Item($intRow, 1)= $StrComputer
      $Sheet1.Cells.Item($intRow, 2)= $objItem.Caption
      $Sheet1.Cells.Item($intRow, 3)= $objItem.csdversion
      $Sheet1.Cells.Item($intRow, 4)= $objItem.InsallDate
      $Sheet1.Cells.Item($intRow, 5)=  $objItem.LastBootUpTime
        $IntRow =$IntRow +1
        $intRowcsdversion = $intRowSCDversion + 1
        $intRowCaption = $intRowCaption + 1
        $intRowInstallDate = $intRowInstallDate + 1
        $intRowLastBootTime = $intRowLastBootTime

where can I read about it?

($intRow, 1)
This is a (row, column) reference.  If $intRow = 5, then you can read the routine as

$Sheet1, cell (5, 1) set the value to whatever $StrComputer equals
$Sheet1, cell (5, 2) set the value to whatever $objItem.Caption equals
