Allow Windows group to access samba Files in Linux

If I understand Samba allows Windows users and groups to access files in Linux servers.
Howerver, if I have an Active Directory with many user groups. How can I give to all AD user groups full access to the top shared folder in Linux.

then for the individual folders , I will give specific permissions for each specifc group.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Thank you

You can integrate samba into an existing  using winbind. Which will make samba / linux  uid's & gid's mappings for accessing files .
