Hi,

You could use Search/Replace ([CTRL]+[H]) specifying search criteria ("Find what") of "/2012" (without quotes) & "Replace with" a value of "/2013" (again, without quotes).

Hi,

Can you use find & replace

Select the range and then find /2012 and replace it by /2013

Or use this formula
=SUBSTITUTE(A2,"/2012","/2013")

You could put in another column, row 2, the following formula, and if it looks good, paste as values over column A.

=SUBSTITUTE(A2,MID(RIGHT(A2,LEN(A2)-SEARCH("/",A2,1)),SEARCH("/",RIGHT(A2,LEN(A2)-SEARCH("/",A2,1)))+1,4),"2013")
