Access-Based Enumeration for Distribution Groups in the "Address Book" ?

We have recently cleaned up our Exchange 2010 Address Book Distribution Groups and now we're looking for a way to hide the ones that users do not belong to.  In other words, Access-Based Enumeration, just like we now have in the file services of Windows 2008 R2.  Is there a way to do this?    Thank you.

The feature doesn't exist in Exchange of any version.
The closest you can get is address book policies with Exchange 2010, but that would mean every user having their own address book.

ABE for distributions groups would be a nightmare. Everytime the GAL is opened every record would have to be polled, The load would be huge. What happens if you are offline? You wouldn't get the correct information.

I believe this is not possible. You can either hide the Distribution Group completely from the GAL or have it visible to everyone. What you can do if you do not want users eamiling specific distribution groups is use "Restrict Senders".
