Sharepoint 2013 error

Have just built a brand new SharePoint 2013 environment. Windows server 2012 and full SQL 2012. All works fine apart from the following error:

Event ID 6398 The Execute method of job definition Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPAppStateQueryJobDefinition (ID 46a0c3cd-2b62-4026-8a60-99d5b581bbce) threw an exception. More information is included below.

Sorry, we can't seem to connect to the SharePoint Store. Try again in a bit.

Can't seem to find any answers.
