How to bypass opendns

I have a customer who is using opendns to block employees from inappropriate sites. We need a way for the managers not to be blocked by opendns, is a proxy the best option or is there another way? If the proxy is the best option, how do I do that and which proxy is the best?

Have you talked to OpenDNS to see if they have a solution?

Assuming managers have their own computers and you're not sharing you can create a seperate DHCP for them.

Based on the DHCP pool you can specify different DNS servers, and thereby bypass opendns.
Do you have views in opendns? if yes, then you can return different ips to selected users who can be the managers. views are available in BIND DNS.
