How to bypass opendns

I have a customer who is using opendns to block employees from inappropriate sites. We need a way for the managers not to be blocked by opendns, is a proxy the best option or is there another way? If the proxy is the best option, how do I do that and which proxy is the best?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Have you talked to OpenDNS to see if they have a solution?

Assuming managers have their own computers and you're not sharing you can create a seperate DHCP for them.

Based on the DHCP pool you can specify different DNS servers, and thereby bypass opendns.
