Exchange 2010 Certificates

I have a GoDaddy Exchange 2010 SAN certificate currently imported and need to replace it with a new one that has modified subject alternative names.  I've already received a new certificate from GoDaddy (did not have to generate a new CSR from Exchange though).  What are the steps to replace a certificate within Exchange?  Thanks.

If you didn't create a CSR then what you have is useless.

You cannot import the result from GoDaddy as you don't have a pending request.
Create a new CSR on Exchange, then go on to the GoDaddy system and rekey the certificate. The result you can import to complete the pending request.
Then enable the certificate in the usual way.

In ESM select your 'server configuration' and on the pane to the right select the client acces server and select 'import certificate' from the action pane totally on the right.

Support from GoDaddy:

Just make sure you assign the services to the certificate and you should be good to go
