I need to update the following formula to look on Sheet 1 column D. If it has MF, return the info, If anything other than MF, including blanks cells, return nothing.

=IFERROR(INDEX('[Report - mf.xlsx]Projects'!$E$22:$E$100,MATCH($G22,'[- MF.xlsx]Projects'!$D$22:$D$100,0))&"","")

I am using this G22 as a unique ID....I only need to bring the data over if it has MF in column D.

Hello Ted....but you are already looking for the ID in column D....or is it column D on another worksheet? This structure should work - change the cell references if not correct - I'm assuming you are checking col D on sheet 1 for "MF" as stated in your question.

=IFERROR(INDEX('[Report - mf.xlsx]Projects'!$E$22:$E$100,MATCH(1,INDEX(('[- MF.xlsx]Projects'!$D$22:$D$100=$G22)*('[- MF.xlsx]Sheet1'!$D$22:$D$100<>"MF"),0))&"","")
