I'm having an issue where, when scanning an external drive Kaspersky will also scan the O/S drive. Can I prevent it doing this, I have a large amount of data on the my O/S drive which means any external scan subsequently takes forever...<br />

More confusingly the path it will give whilst scanning will actually indicate that it is &nbsp;canning the external when it definitely isn't:- <br />

e.g. K:\Documents and Settings\StuffthatisonmyCD<wbr />rive\Deskt<wbr />op\takingf<wbr />orever.iso<wbr /><br />

\notfunny\callmea.cab<br />
