Video Conferencing Software

I have a brand new Dell PC running Windows 7 in a conference room connected to a flat panel TV via a HDMI cable

In addition to viewing presentations from the PC to the TV, I want to install a webcam and perform “Video conferencing”

Right now I can perform presentations thru joinme.com to present and show what’s up and running on the PC.

I also want the ability to perform “Video conferencing” by having a webcam setup and running something like Skype.

Is there something I can purchase that would work better than Skype – and if so – what would the client install on their end to connect to the video session?

Any suggestions or experience would be appreciated

GoTo Meeting is a pretty standard video / presentation conferencing software.   Users can connect to it simply with just a meeting #.

Im familiar with this one. Many large companies use this. Very expensive Citrix based product.  I meant to include in my post that i am aware of this one. Im looking for something less exspensive
