Exchange 2010 moved mailboxes now outlook won't open on the client side.

Followed these instructions: https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/26371640/Exchange-2010-create-new-database-and-move-all-mailboxes-to-it.html

I show mailboxes are still moving and one has failed.  I tried to open outlook for one of the users who have complete the move according to EMC and get this error when opening outlook:

Loading profile > Cannot start Microsoft outlook.  Cannot open the Outlook window.  The set of folders cannot be opened.  Microsoft Exchange is not available.  Either there are network problems or the Exchange server is down for maintenance.

I've enclosed screen shots of the EMC.

Update: The drive the mailboxes were being move to is full.  Creating room, hope to mount the database and enable circular logging.

No do not use Circular logging on live databases as you can loose user email if the database fails. You a good backup procedure to ensure logs are truncated.

Besides, mailboxes being full, I have noticed that if users have multiple folders and some are the same name as 'Inbox' or 'Sent Items', they can cause the move to fail, creating a new folder and move any mail items out of them and delete the duplicate folders will allow the mailbox to move.

I created a new mail store and moved the mailboxes to the new store.  All mailboxes moved fine but now one user is getting delayed messages.  I noticed the following:

1. When sending email internal/external to that recipient the mail flows into a queue for the old mail store but only for this single user.  I've deleted the queue and it goes away, however as soon as someone sends a message to that account the old mail store queue starts storing the messages.

2. The old mail store is dismounted.  Unable to delete the mail store due to:

I have a copy of the old mail store, however it's on another server due to space issues on the original server.

Please advise.
Turns out the mail store wasn't mounted.
