Exchange 2010 moved mailboxes now outlook won't open on the client side.

Followed these instructions:

I show mailboxes are still moving and one has failed.  I tried to open outlook for one of the users who have complete the move according to EMC and get this error when opening outlook:

Loading profile > Cannot start Microsoft outlook.  Cannot open the Outlook window.  The set of folders cannot be opened.  Microsoft Exchange is not available.  Either there are network problems or the Exchange server is down for maintenance.

I've enclosed screen shots of the EMC.

Update: The drive the mailboxes were being move to is full.  Creating room, hope to mount the database and enable circular logging.

No do not use Circular logging on live databases as you can loose user email if the database fails. You a good backup procedure to ensure logs are truncated.

Besides, mailboxes being full, I have noticed that if users have multiple folders and some are the same name as 'Inbox' or 'Sent Items', they can cause the move to fail, creating a new folder and move any mail items out of them and delete the duplicate folders will allow the mailbox to move.

Consider 2 mailbox stores - obe on d drive - one on e drive and move  some mailboxes around

I created a new mail store and moved the mailboxes to the new store.  All mailboxes moved fine but now one user is getting delayed messages.  I noticed the following:

1. When sending email internal/external to that recipient the mail flows into a queue for the old mail store but only for this single user.  I've deleted the queue and it goes away, however as soon as someone sends a message to that account the old mail store queue starts storing the messages.

2. The old mail store is dismounted.  Unable to delete the mail store due to:
Microsoft Exchange Error
The mailbox database 'Mailbox Database 2011061718' cannot be deleted.

Mailbox Database 2011061718
This mailbox database contains one or more mailboxes, mailbox plans, archive mailboxes, or arbitration mailboxes. To get a list of all mailboxes in this database, run the command Get-Mailbox -Database <Database ID>. To get a list of all mailbox plans in this database, run the command Get-MailboxPlan. To get a list of archive mailboxes in this database, run the command Get-Mailbox -Database <Database ID> -Archive. To get a list of all arbitration mailboxes in this database, run the command Get-Mailbox -Database <Database ID> -Arbitration. To disable a non-arbitration mailbox so that you can delete the mailbox database, run the command Disable-Mailbox <Mailbox ID>. To disable an archive mailbox so you can delete the mailbox database, run the command Disable-Mailbox <Mailbox ID> -Archive. Arbitration mailboxes should be moved to another server; to do this, run the command New-MoveRequest <parameters>. If this is the last server in the organization, run the command Disable-Mailbox <Mailbox ID> -Arbitration -DisableLastArbitrationMailboxAllowed to disable the arbitration mailbox. Mailbox plans should be moved to another server; to do this, run the command Set-MailboxPlan <MailboxPlan ID> -Database <Database ID>.

I have a copy of the old mail store, however it's on another server due to space issues on the original server.

Please advise.
