Windows Explorer in Windows 2008 - standard

I know this is a silly question, but I have a client who is running Windows 2008 Standard, not R2, just standard.  The issue is Windows Explore is the same as it is in Visa, which sucks.  Instead of just showing My Computer with all the drives underneath, it shows all the commonly used folders like my photos, documents, videos. ect... (an apple look-a-like).

I just want it to work like Windows 2008 R2 Explorer.  I have changed the folder options setting to "classic view" but explorer still looks the same.

Is there setting or a program that I can do to make the Windows Explorer work and act like windows 2003, 2008 R2, 7.... much like we have gotten a custom too?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

By any chance you have the libraries tree open?

This is how Win 7 explorer looks like with the libraries tree opened: Win 7 explorer with libraries openedand closed:Windows 7 explorer
And you actually have to expand the computer tree (click on the triangle) to see the drives.
