I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Here's your workbook modified to include this macro which is assigned to Ctrl+Shift+F.

Sub FindDupes()
Dim lngRow As Long

For lngRow = 2 To Sheets("Sheet1").UsedRange.Rows.Count
    If Cells(lngRow, 1).Value <> "" And Cells(lngRow, 1).Value <> "PERSONNEL" Then
        If Cells(lngRow, 1).Value = Cells(lngRow, 2).Value Then
            Cells(lngRow, 1).Interior.Color = vbYellow
            Cells(lngRow, 2).Interior.Color = vbYellow
            Cells(lngRow, 3).Interior.Color = vbYellow
        End If
    End If
Next
End Sub
