vSphere VUM 5.1 error enabling it

I am getting stuck on enabling the vSphere Update Manager plugin 5.1

It was installed fine and did not give any errors, however while enabling it fails

We do not use any certificates , the setup is normal and we are installing VUM on the vCenter Server itself.

The DB is remote.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Check the IP Address and what is using port 443?
Check the DB authentication as suggested in these VMware KBs:

IP is fine , i dont know what uses 443 on it.

Not sure why is it trying 443 , i did not use any certs (except for what vCenter Self signed cert )
It's using 443 because that's the port VUM uses. On the server you have VUM installed on, open a CMD prompt and type netstat -a <ENTER> to see what is using port 443. Also, look at the KBs I posted and see if authentication on the VUM DB is the issue.
