XA6.5 and 5 /2K8R2 - Outlook 2010 - Users losing mail profiles

Here's what I'm experiencing:

Users log on to XenApp 5 and 6.5, configure Outlook 2010 via adminfile and all of  well. Later on at a random point, the mail settings are lost. The user gets the Outlook welcome screen again and is forced to reconfigure in order to get to their mail. Of course, this generates a tremendous number of calls to the help desk as a result.

We have 25 XA6.5 and 25 XA 5 servers on a VM platform. TS profiles are maintained on another file server. Before I was able to delete profile and outlook was able to auto config there profile. now it not working

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Without enough information, error messages or event IDs or environment design, it would be almost impossible to pinpoint the issue.

Can you give us an idea how your server farms are arranged in AD - what are the OUs for each farm and what GPOs are applied? Are you sure you have TS settings properly configured in the GPO linked to the 6.5 OU?
