XA6.5 and 5 /2K8R2 - Outlook 2010 - Users losing mail profiles

Here's what I'm experiencing:

Users log on to XenApp 5 and 6.5, configure Outlook 2010 via adminfile and all of  well. Later on at a random point, the mail settings are lost. The user gets the Outlook welcome screen again and is forced to reconfigure in order to get to their mail. Of course, this generates a tremendous number of calls to the help desk as a result.

We have 25 XA6.5 and 25 XA 5 servers on a VM platform. TS profiles are maintained on another file server. Before I was able to delete profile and outlook was able to auto config there profile. now it not working

Do you have "delete Cached Copies of Roaming Profiles" GPO set? Please ensure this. Check this also:

yup I tired that but not working... on office 2007 it working but office 2010 it not
Have you checked all possible solutions in the thread in my previous post?
