Here's what I'm experiencing:
Users log on to XenApp 5 and 6.5, configure Outlook 2010 via adminfile and all of well. Later on at a random point, the mail settings are lost. The user gets the Outlook welcome screen again and is forced to reconfigure in order to get to their mail. Of course, this generates a tremendous number of calls to the help desk as a result.
We have 25 XA6.5 and 25 XA 5 servers on a VM platform. TS profiles are maintained on another file server. Before I was able to delete profile and outlook was able to auto config there profile. now it not working
