Webmaster Central reports key words which are mostly irrelevant

I'm just starting to use Google's webmaster tools to evaluate search performance of my site, http://mauitradewinds.com   Today I noticed that Google's Webmaster Central reports the key words in my content.  Most of the terms which they have listed are irrelevant to the subject of my site.  For example, Maui honeymoon or Maui vacation would be relevant.  These terms appear in the page title, description, and page text, but aren't on the list of terms reported by Webmaster Central.  Although "Maui" is on top of the list of reported terms, "Maui" -- by itself -- is not helpful to my potential visitors, as it is too generalized.  Toward the top of Webmaster Central's reported terms are RezEasy, notes, David, and other terms which have no relevance to my visitors.  The terms "vacation", "Honeymoon" and "rental", which figure prominently in my page content, are absent from the list.  I'm wondering what accounts for this, and how it can be adjusted?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

"Maui honeymoon or Maui vacation" are phrases, not words.  That page shows key words, not phrases, that are found on your site.  It says nothing about relevance, that is up to you and your content.  Did you click on "Show more keywords" to see what was there?

That lists the frequency of words thoughtout your website
If you are seeing words that shouldn't be there then remove them. If other keywords are not appearing then you need to pad your content with them
It will only list single words not blocks of words

Thank you for your comments.  If I click to show all the listed key words, there are 193 of them. "Honeymoon" is not among them, and it is in our home page title and description, as well as the introductory text.   It's good to know that the list is simply a tabulation, and not Google's interpretation of term relevance.

As they said, that report is telling you your textual content should be improved.  An even better tool to look at is http://tools.seobook.com/general/keyword-density/ which will also show you 2 and 3 word phrases.

I would shoot for getting a better distribution of the top 20 two and three word phrases with a higher density.

Good luck!
