Two things come to mind:<br />
1) Check the strings to be filled OK (Place breakpoint and use immediate window to print the Dir and filename with the command: ?strTempDir &amp;&nbsp;sFilename)<br />
2) Restart the server to make sure no MS processes are causing havoc.

I'm getting error 31521 [Cannot establish connection to server] on the following line, which makes no sense (there is no connection?!) and has previously been working!<br />
