I am not a wordpress expert but I do use tinymce and CKEditor in my own projects. Pasting from word has always been in issue. &nbsp;I take out the plug in for paste from word and only allow paste as plain text. &nbsp;You will then need to use the wysiwyg editor to make items bold if needed, but it is the best way to strip out all the bad ms word code. &nbsp;<br />

When you say it's missing, is it because you're only seeing one horizontal icon bar on your visual editor when editing a post or page?<br />
If that's the case, click on the last icon on that row that has some colored squares in it. The second row where the icon for copying from word will show.
