It is impossible to know if what they have told you is right, without knowing how the environment is setup. That is not something that you (as an end user) is likely to know in the depth required to be able to asnwer.<br />

How can you configure outlook 2003 to work with IPhone / IPad? 

From our I.T dept:..... "We cant use a public facing domain and will have to access mail through the DMZ using VPN access.

Can only use one device to tunnel and are currently using blackberry"
