C# Winforms Time Bookings Visual Display

I have a system which manages Vehicles and Staff, when you click on their name based on a date you should be able to see the times that they are available on that day.

Something visual like this:

I have looked in to creating a custom control or user control but my knowledge on the subject is low and I've spent a few hours running around in a circle.

This is certainly a non-trivial control to write yourself, but it can be done.  Here is one such example (free) that you could use as a starting point:


There are also many paid options out there, the one that we ultimately chose to go with was Infragistics WinSchedule controls.  They have a lot more features than most free options, but of course it may not be in your budget to buy something.
