SharePoint 2010 - Accessing .xslm files in a Document Folder

I am only new to SharePoint 2010, and have just tried to share an .xlsm file via a standard document library.

I have attached a copy of the error message.

Can anyone please tell me how to overcome this.  I am the Site Collection Administrator for the entire site so I am hoping I can bypass or configure properly.

Many thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I'm the Site Collection Administrator, but do not have the level about that to act on the feedback (which I am assuming is correct).  I have had to raise an incident ticket to invoke the right team within my company to sort this out.

Thanks anyway
