Quickbooks keeps giving an unknown error code

I have an office that uses Qucikbooks PRo 2011.   The application is on a Workstation/server.   This workstation server is also were the database resides.   There are two workstations that access QuickBooks (Only 1 at a time can access it).   Lately they are getting an error message that will not allow them to access QuickBooks.    It is (Error 6000, 305).   But other times they can access QB and do what they need to do.  On the server, I shutdown McAfee Firewall to see if that was the issue.   I also ran Qucickbooks "File Doctor" and it said that the QB database file was ok.    Not sure what is causing this issue or what can be done about it.   Any ideas?

The workstation server is a "Server" but is in a workstation type setup.   No one uses this box,
Tmoore, I will try to grant access.   But the issue is this comes and goes.  It is a sporadic issue.
I unchecked the box that turns off the network card to save power on the client and it seems to have resolved the issue.  Once in a while the client has to reboot to reconnect to the server but not often.   Thanks for suggestions.
