Outlook 2007

My  OS is win 7 prof 64 bit and I use office 2007.  I have outlook 2007 and use MSN email which is the only account and also the default account.
Whenever I send a message the out message seems to go to a different folder than the mSn email folder's Outbox.
eg I have Personal Folder - which has an Outbox folder.  An Archive Folder that has no Outbox folder, and  the msn email folder which has an Outbox folder.
Whenever I send an email, it lands in my Personal Folder's Outbox folder.  As a result the emails does not get sent.  So I have to move it from this folder  to my email's Outbox and it then goes out.
What have I done wrong to make a sent email land in the Personal Folder's outbox folder.  Whenever I want to send an email, there are no options for me to select any other email accounts.  Hope the experts can please help to solve this problem. Thank u.

In response to Thinkpads_User, I took a look at the accounts.  And I do not see a data file attached to the msn email account.  Only the Personal folders, no wonder it is going to the that Outbox.
As I may screw up things, how do I attach a pst file to my msn email account which has none at the moment.  I have many back up copies of the files in my HD.  hope U can please give me the steps. or point me in the right direction.  Thank u.
