Jobs not running correctly on newly converted physical PC to Virutal machine,

I recently converted a physical PC using Windows XP that runs jobs reports to a Virtual Machine. All the jobs in question use a domain admin service account credentials to run. Since converting this machine to a VM the jobs have not been running. If i reset the password for each job and run them at that time, they will run correctly. If i reset the password and let the job run as scheduled it errors out. I have checked the event log and the jobs log, but have found nothing pointing to this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Scheduled Tasks often do not survive the P2V process if they have credentials attached.
This is because the credentials are stored in an encrypted state, the key to decrypt them is stored in MachineKeys folder.  When a P2V or any other process that effectively changes CPUID occurs, a new keyset is created based on the new IDs.  This renders anything stored with old keys inaccessible.
As a standard part of our P2V process we dumped the settings of all Scheduled Tasks and noted what certificates were installed because all of them would have to be re-created or re-installed.
Try deleting the scheduled task and re-creating it entirely.
Also check the permissions on C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys
Make sure that you, the task scheduler, and localsystem have full access here.  You could add Everyone=Full temporarily to see if it has any impact on your issue.
