Moving public folder from Exchange 2007 to 2010

Hi All,

    I have Exchange 2010 server with all the roles installed, I would like to remove my old Exchange 2007 server which is no more used, I would like to move the public folder from exchange 2007 to 2010 since I still have some outlook 2003, can I know how to check and move the public folder.
