How to install Windows Server 2012 on DL 380 G5?

I know HP does not support DL380 G5 windows 2012 installations.  I have found people have have said they were successful however every time I try to repeat the process I am unable to get past the disk partitioning screen.  I've tried loading the P400 driver manually and I still cannot proceed.  Anyone have a good procedure for installing Windows 2012 on DL380 G5?

It all has to do with whether or not you'll find a driver for the p400 that windows 2012 recognizes.

I am aware of that.  This article doesn't explain how he got 2012 installed just how he installed the P400 driver after installation.  I can't even get 2012 installed.  I have downloaded the 2012 P400 driver and manually added it during the install but continue to get errors at the drive selection screen.  I've tried various things but cannot get it to proceed with the installation.

The error I get after loading the 2008 x64 or 2012 P400 driver when selecting the visible volume in the GUI is, "We couldn't create a new partition or locate an existing one."  I can manually delete and recreate and format partitions from the setup GUI but I cannot click NEXT successfully to proceed with the installation.
